It is a 32-page picture book, with 14 full-page illustrations, plus some small bits to go in the white spaces.
I think the book is suitable for two- through six-year-olds, non readers, as the text is not quite simple enough for early readers, though easy to understand for young listeners.
This first illustration is of Joseph coming to call on Mary at the home of her parents.
